Buy / More Info
Sale Price:
$49.99
A music
masterpiece.
These superior djembe drums are
100% hand-carved in Africa by master craftsmen from
solid logs using only traditional techniques. The
larger drums are carved from tweneboa, a local
hardwood, and headed with goatskins to achieve an
authentic African djembe sound.
The finished drums are shipped to Overseas
Connection's USA workshop where the skins are
inspected for imperfections and the shells are
sanded, oiled, re-roped with the best American rope,
and tuned. When you buy one of these drums, you get
a great djembe drum, tuned up and ready to play.
Features:
- Carved using traditional
techniques
- 100% solid wood drum
- Headed with goatskin
- Set up and inspected in the USA
Nothing compares to the

One
djembe is a masterpiece, carried out in a noble
wood, by noble men.
Kangaba is a trade mark of musical instruments from
manding area, a place in ouest africa between Mali
and Guinée (see map down). Djembés, dunduns,
balaphons ... are made by masters woodcarvers and
percussionnists of Mali. Cut in the wood of origin
and produced with raw hides, they will offer to you

percussions. |
